And The Winners Are...

Property Owners Receive Matching Grant Funding to Improve Storefronts

Downtown District
Facade Improvement Program

We know that you have seen it. The Downtown District is becoming awesome. People are flocking to O’Fallon’s downtown every day.

To help encourage further progress, the City of O’Fallon created a competitive grant program to help encourage growth in the Downtown District. This matching grant (up to approximately $15k) can be used by property owners to improve the exteriors of their buildings and make Downtown beautiful. The goal is to make the District even more AWESOME and BEAUTIFUL than it already is!

There were 9 submissions and not enough money for everyone. So, after a competitive process. Each submission was judged by a committee of O’Fallon residents, engineers and architects. It was a tough choice, but the time has come…
